how can i add more slots?

i want to have 9 slots for my sever but i dont know how i remeber when i first join blockland i was able to have more slots and now i cant remeber

What slots are you talking about? Player slots? Tool/Weapon slots? Brick slots? I don't understand what kind of slots you're talking about.
