I wonder why my schools computers are slow as stuff and the internet is slow

I guess a few weeks ago they said someone downloaded crap on a computer and got viruses i thin

Because, idiot, you can get viruses from sites other than obviously dangerous ones. Rather obvious.
My school's computers are always fast.
