how do you make jail cells

How do you make jails cells and make it so that if you capture a prisoner they will be sent to the cell and let out at thier spawn point? oh yeah and were do you get the police baton to send them to jail and how do you make the jail cells unopenable and can only be opened if you have a key?

Sounds like a Jail RP.
Also, You need JVS Doors and other addons if you're going to host that which i think you are.

I can help you if you have a server up. But last time i tried testing a Jail RP for a friend, the TDM events kind of made me loose track and rage quit lol
