There isn't any way for water bricks to allow bricks to be placed inside them. This would require some significant hacking up of the entire blb code.

DM's and TDM's already added in the version for newbies
A add-on system like RTB has that goes on Blockland on installation. That way, noobs can get add-ons without askign and wasting space for topics.
