Moving Avatars

Can anyone tell me where I can get/ make a moving avatar? It'd be greatlly appreciated.

Make it yourself or get one off the internet.

I found one off of the internet, but how do I make it to where it moves as my avatar? Cause I saved it as a picture and all that jazz, but when I opened it, the picture just sat there and didn't move.

What are you opening it with? Did you save it as a GIF?

oromis:

It doesn't always work when you say it off the internet. Try going to the file and see if its animated (no paint won't work)
