Is there any software that will let me convert .wba files to .msstyle files?

I like a lot of Window Blinds themes but I don't wanna buy the full version of Window Blinds, and I don't like free trials cause I can't have them forever. So is there any software that converts .wba files to .msstyle files?

Download the trial, and if it says what date it expires on, put your computer date back a year or 2.
