You have confirmed this with other people? Or are just assuming as no-one is joining.

If it is the first - Try to do the things I mentioned in my first post.

its a hour, and if you have netgear, or whatever the other one sold in walmart besides linksys, you have a hour DNS refresh, just like me, it refreshes your DNS, and changes routers local ip, like mine changes randomly from 192.168.*.*, so my actual IP changes like 206.188.237.*, what you need to do is go in to your routers page, right on front page, should say "Auto DNS Refresh" you cant uncheck this, but right under it, it says "Change IP?" uncheck that, im running netgear

This will not effect it. Standard port forwarding will never require your external IP. As for DNS(Domain Name System), it is just a lookup - it resolves things like www.google.com into an IP address which is connectable, I believe you are talking about DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) - meaning your internal IP's can change (if you are not using a static IP as I stated in a previous post) and are automatically assigned depending on usage. So the steps to still follow are to check that your internal IP matches your Port Forwarding rules.

Still not working. :C
