How to make ANIMATED avatar on Paint.Net

I went throguh the whole thing, and couldn't find it.

Paint.net is not an animator program, you would have to use something else.

1. Make frames
2. Animate frames with another program

It must be 75x75 or the forum will resize it and change it into a JPG, which does not animate.
