Death Penalty

Instead of teaching the criminal a lesson, use the criminal to teach the masses a lesson. That's how I see it. Dude rapes a teenage girl and gets dismembered in public for it. Make an example of them.

And Humans have no right to choose whether they take a human life or not.
Sure there are wars and such, but a person who murdered that you have captive in court has every right to live.
So what right do you have to take a mans/womans life?

Who the hell cares, if it mattered to "god", then he wouldn't let us do it, now would he?
EDIT: A little more on topic, I personally agree with Skele and Rughugger, having seen their posts. I'm all for a death sentence. If you kill someone the logical punishment is death. If you rape someone, the logical punishment would be rape, but since that's not really too much of a punishment, death works too.
