The most effective and cheapest solution is for cops to "accidentally" shoot suspects 200 times and kill them, but cops have loving horrible aim. I laugh every time I watch cops and it is like "The officer shot 30 bullets point-blank at the suspect, but miraculously he came out unscathed!" |
