I hope they do. All of this PC bullstuff is giving most hardened criminals a better life than most low income families can manage, and you wonder why most crime is commited by those same low income people.

Well stuff too late to change my vote, I believe certain people need to die, but those people are dead now anyway, mainly horrible leaders that slaughtered millions and would probably rise back to power because of the forgeted up supporters. It is more expensive to kill criminals than it is to keep them on a life's sentence, and like others have mentioned there's no going back if you truly were innocent.

Cesare Beccaria summed up everything what was wrong with the "dark age" practices of criminal law and proposed new ways, thus laying the foundation of modern criminal law. You might as well read his pamphlet, it's not that long.
