Gargoyle? Not a gargoyle at all. They're called Air Screamers, they were supposed to be a mutilated person with wings for arms. Plus, they scream when they get near you.
I don't know where on earth you got "shanker". They're Mumblers, but the description's pretty accurate. They're just little kids who walk around with knives, but they don't really look like children, all gray and nasty.
Don't even know what you're talking about with "Jumper". >.>; Possibly the rubber faces from SH4?
"Baby Face" is the Twin Victims, the two infant victims of Walter. They're supposed to be a walking bust (By using its arms) that have the faces of two babies.
I'm not even going to go through the rest of them, but god, it's obvious that YOU are the one who knows nothing about Silent Hill, so don't start calling us losers when we very well know much more about it than you do. D:<
As for the actual mod, Silent Hill has much more advanced graphics than are suitable for Blockland, and quite honestly, I think some people would just be freaked out by it. Trying to make them look like blockland characters would most likely end badly...
Just stick to the actual game. And AKJGSJGD you forgot Pyramid Head!!! D:<<<
