I was going to agree that it is a legal torrent since the official STO site gave me a direct link to three different places to download a beta. It, for all intents and purposes appear to be fully legal. Screenprint included as well as the exact site I obtained the screenshot from.

huh? What are you saying? The words make sense but I don't know what you're trying to talk about.
Also, is anybody else using the TTH downloader having trouble with it pausing again and again?
