Good Idea, I'll go through and collect what I find and put them in the main OP. I'm kinda out of it today. Just feel lethargic.

Good, cause I thought it might be related to the fact that last time I died in space, when I tried to respawn, I was in "control" of my blown-up husk. I could increase/decrease thrust and fire weapons, but they'd have no effect.
