(at least as close as the creator allows anyways) The Bar'Khan evolved from deep sea dwelling fish which is why he has to wear the visor. He isn't used to such extreme amounts of light, so that special visor reduces the ambient light allowing him to see with better clarity. I could go on and on and on. lol |
