Listen up. I hereby request that the Blockintosh name be removed from your clan as soon as possible.
I was talking with Straton today, he is fine with the idea of bringing BiT back. You also must remember that I bought, and still have, a $60 copyright on the name "Blockintosh" or "BiT". (Canadian dollars).
So unless you want to pay $60 upfront for the name, I surely think that you should slap that name off of your OP, Jake.
What is there to discuss?
We have to stop being so serious about this. We're playing a game designed for kids.
It's funny because last page you were pulling out copyrights, now you want to be casual about it.
Quite frankly, Jake shouldn't have to deal with this. He was doing the right thing. You left, Strat wanted BiT to die, and I couldn't lead it anymore. However, Jake doesn't want to walk out of this with nothing, and a month from now you forgetting all this and acting like BiT has been here all the time.
Interesting how this situation is really. How business is mostly a field of manipulation. You should have seen what Tommy was saying a few months ago about you, but now that your helping him and there is a chance he'll get some power in BiT, it seems he is your best friend. Same is going for this situation, doesn't it? A few months ago, you didn't even know who I was, and you could care less about Jake. Now you want to be great friends.
Regardless, work around Jake's terms or leave. He's the one that is trying to help here, he'll be making the choices.
