AoB isn't dying for the year. I've been having a few problems with my internet the past few days, and I want to make sure it's resolved before I start hosting the dedi again.

If my app includes more than one building, does each building have to have interior, because there's going to be quite a few and it would be easier to have some of them modular.

I prefer they have interiors, but if you must, some of them can just be shells. But be sure the buildings you do have interiors for have complete interiors, not partial. I've rejected apps for things like this in the past.

Of course, an unfinished interior means an unfinished build, and unfinished build may not be submitted, and if they are, they are declined, correct?

Yes, but some people make an interior and block off rooms or make locked doors so they don't have to do work on them.
