I'm pretty sure he was specific about the "DO NOT PORT ANYTHING FROM THIS GAME TO BLOCKLAND" part. He didn't say "DO NOT PORT ANYTHING FROM THIS GAME TO BLOCKLAND AND THEN POST IT ON THE FORUMS".
