A RP Core Update: Time Periods and more AI designs

I would like to see something that will make the rp fit the time period, that way, it can:
1) Limit item spawns to make it so only certian items can be spawned to fit the theme Hosts can select the items
2) Make people dress toward the theme, set by the host
3) Make build guidelines made by the host
Some of that might not be possible, but I just came up with ideas.
As far as bots, I want designs of Ancient civilization ones, middle-aged ones, pioneer ones, etc. I want them to be able to work with the time period mod too. I would really like deer and bear designs for hunting in RPs.
Like I said, some of this may not be possible, but I'm throwing out Ideas.

I'd suggest you get into more detail about the stuff you suggested. What type of building restrictions?
Nevermind. Good idea, I'd like to see this added to the RP core.

Only have the items you want used enabled on the server?

1: Just enable/disable before server as Antallion said.
2: What if it's a medieval theme? There's no wizard clothes or ahts you know.
3: Use GRules.

1: I could switch time periods during the game and item selection could switch too.
2: When people make them, it could be used.
3: a)Some people are morons and don't care about rules!
b)I'll use rules for spamming and admining, but I might not have time to consider the little things.
