It also can't find half of what I download, and it doesn't think that explorer.exe exists, whenever I try and open Control Panel. Even if I go through it another way, I get "Windows host process rundll32.exe has stopped working". |

having the same problem. i can't even open my own control panel so i have to use the command prompt. Is system32 in your folder or has it been removed? |

Type in system 32 into your search. see if you get any results. |
