You don't know this. The singularity that the big bang came from was one particle. The 'God' particles you refer to are still hypothetical.

They wouldn't be particles that exist in the conventional sense, being as they would have to be in the eleventh dimension.

Ten is from the early version of string theory. When combined with supergravity theory, an eleventh dimension was mathematically shown to exist.
