Restricted Item Spawning
Restrict item spawning to admins

Description
The default setting is for only admins or higher able to spawn items.
There is an RTB pref registered by this add-on, in which you can change item spawning to "Everyone, Admin, Super Admin, or Host

Installation
Put Server_RestrictedItemSpawning .zip into the Add-Ons folder in your Blockland folder.
