I found the trick


Say clockwise or counter clock wise out loud and blink your eyes at the same time and it will change most likely

Or just realize that it's 2-dimensional and change your perceptions by making yourself think she's spinning the other way as her foot passes behind/in front of her leg.  It's easiest to do it there, imo.

I tried doing that for a good 30 seconds, and then happened to glance at her feet and it changed instantly O:

The easiest way for me to change the appearance of the spinning direction is to concentrate on the shadow of her foot for approx. 7 seconds. You will notice the shadow change directions, followed by the boobs.

If I can only see the legs I can see it counter clockwise. Otherwise, it goes clockwise.
Holy stuff, I can see it both ways now.

I just focus on the leg that is off the ground for a while and I can change it.
