sonic dude:
a script that allows you to make a vehicle fly with a glowing emitter behind the wheel and your color pick and, your pick to a hovor take off or runway.

I'm not 100% sure what your asking but. The stunt plane had emitters when it when fast enough. The magic carpet flys.
But what are you suggesting?
