Pirate Peat:
Useing an edited lazer pointer script and a new model, you could draw on bricks, walls and players! Script/Projectile Changes: Small black projectile, 12/3rd brick projectile distance and a much longer duritation of the drawing (to like 15 seconds)

Or RTB prefs to set a lasting time.
