Dsi or new Pc desktop?

Right now i am torn apart between the choice of a Dsi or a Pc.

And i really hate choices.

The Pc i am aiming for will be able to play a large variety of games and it is the one my dad is encouraging more to. but the problem is my computer time now days is limited and it is frustrating, i can't hang on the forums as much as i use to.

The Dsi i am thinking about real hard because it has a certain amount of internet access and portability.

So now i am in need of your opinion because i cant really decide. Which one would be worth the money?

It is DSi and PC, not Pc and Dsi.
Also, go with the computer.  I would recommend Windows, but that is my opinion.

But make sure to throw in high quality stuff or it'll be outdated pretty soon.
