Graphics Card Swap. Hao2?

Hey there. Recently I found that my gaming computer has a pitiful graphics card and is even on the "legacy" list. This card would be the ATI Radeon X300.
I was wondering as to whether or not I could go about switching that card with the Nvidia GeForce 7300 GT which is in my general use computer. Would I need anything extra or do I simply switch them and get drivers?
Any help would be appreciated!

Thats what I mean. I want to swap that for my ATI card that is in my "gaming" computer.

You should just be able to simply switch them and get drivers.
