Avoiding "Too Loud" alert?

Is there any way to place music boxes freely? It's starting to bug me when I place one, and volume isn't even a reliable indicator, considering a song will fade out, but you still might not be in the "safe" range.

Simply convert music into sounds category, in essence extremely long sounds.

Use relays to make them play again in a loop.

I suppose that'd be the only way, then?

If you put 2 music bricks togeather in one spot it makes a really loud noise that is very annoying sounding.
