Mini Game Help!!

So when I play a death match mini game I can't kill anyone...with the weapons...I will open up a server to show people but I would like help on here first. Opening a server to show people would be last resort. The only weapon that does work is the rife when you stand on the ammo box thing I have weapon damage on and they work on zombies but not people....is it an add on I added or a glitch???

If you have zombies scroll down to the zombie menu and check friendly fire on.
