A Spotlight (one you can hold)

I want a spotlight were you can hold it and point it at people for like cops and robber games, also i want it so you can turn it off and on, i was playing so many night copps and robber games in helis and i coulp show people were i saw the guy. does this sound fimilar my friend Hater posted this and i think hes a complete douce with good ideas ( yeah i said douce)
