Assorted Problems on my Server

THING 1:
Flag capturing isn't working.
THING 2:
Sometimes dead bodies aren't disappearing.
I'm seeing the bodies of people who aren't even there.
People keep crying about it and all, so please help if you can.

The things occurring in the second picture have happened to me before as well. It's really strange, and pretty annoying. Also, in the first picture, I can't really tell what's going on, is it possible for you to get a better picture?

The picture is just there.

Yeah I get this problem too. It usually happens when the server ping is too high + loads of bricks to load.
