Umm, might not be possible, if so, would require an upside down player model. :o

It's not possible. The player cannot spin and stuff like vehicles do.

It is certainly possible.
Mount the player to a vehicle, and remove the feet from the model, then simply make the wheels to the vehicle the feet and make it change gravity.
