For Blockland it's in RRGGBB, or RRGGBBSS. I'd stick with the 6 digit.

I tried making a button do a chat message in blue with <color:#0000FF> but it came out either black or very dark red, i forget, but it wasn't blue :(

Take out the #.

You don't need to use a #
#'s can be used to substitute F's.
Also, don't use 0000FF for Blue, it's too dark and difficult to read.
Use 3060FF or 00FFFF

Digits can be 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 a b c d e f. For example, clan tags gray is 666666.
