Using Blockland 2500 miles from where I normally play.

I have previously heard that your key can be deactivated if you use it far from where you live because Badspot/the master server might think somebody else is using it or whatever. Well, we're in the middle of a 3-week road trip, and right now I'm ~2500 miles from where I bought the key/normally play and I've been trying to not play it because I don't want to risk key deactivation. Will my key really be deactivated, and if so, is there any way to prevent this? I'd really like to play a game of Blockland with my friends.

i think it's safe if you don't use it at the same time, not sure because i used my laptop with blockland at my cousins house in washington DC, living in MA

That's only 100-250 miles. I'm talking about halfway across the continent.

I hadn't even played it for a week and a half before I left. If you really have nothing to contribute, why are you posting this?

Tom:

I don't think Badspot will notice anything suspicious if you played from a different IP a few times in a row. I would defiantly not change your name.
I've tried playing Blockland away from home, but the hotel internet was too slow.

I think Badspot only takes action if he sees a bunch of name/IP changes between two places.

NOTE: I AM NOT BADSPOT AND DON'T BLAME ME IF IT DOES GET DEACTIVATED FOR SOME REASON.
