I think there should be an item of which when used, you can hear funky music and your screen goes all rainbow for like 8 seconds.
If anyone can make this it'd be cool :D

I don't know who did this, but someone used the zombie mod's drowning script and changed the red screen to the whiteout so it looked like you're stoned.
