Selectable Blockland title bar colors/styles.

Im making no sense, maybe most of my gray matter is bleeding out of one of my various head injuries, anyway, like in vanilla blockland and v.0001. I would like an option GUI that can make it available to select a different style and color for out title bars. Yes or no. Rate this idea x/10.
