Disabling Ownership Shifting on Basplates

Well, when I make a baseplate(baseplate on a baseplate cube) for my real estate, somone buys it I chown it blah blah, but when I save, the bricks become mine, that's cause of something to do with the baseplates(I am saving & loading ownership, its just the baseplates)Is there some way of editing code to make it save ownership save that?

it saves ownership to the bottom bricks, to save file space, so put it on the ground maybe?

You could just give people the cube under it too...
