Artillary Truck

Or just and artillary gun that is not moveable.  This would have a projectile that would not explode until it hits the ground, or wouldnt explode for a while.

if this would be possible, a truck, starts of with the gun, detaches, and you can move the truck, but not the gun very well? you could also attach again

wait what? you can't split vehicles i don't think, why not just make the truck immobile while the turret is up?
