Blockland Crashing Before Fully Loading Datablocks

I've recently reformatted my computer (Vista SP2 64x) and now I've been having some problems with many of the servers. I only have addons downloaded from connecting to a person's server. I also downloaded Infinite Mining v1.21 (but the problem started before then).

Is it possibly an addon I absolutely need?
