Blockland refuses to launch.

You're the one that should read. Running a program as an administrator has nothing to do with reinstalling the game.
I've had an issue similar to this and it was solved by running the game as an administrator.
Miga:
After opening the game, hit alt+enter (don't do anything before that, not even click).
If it works, then you'll just have to play the game in fullscreen.

If you have turned your desktop resolution down lower than one of Blockland's lowest resolutions (800x600), try turning the desktop resolution to the max your screen can handle.
