This would not matter - Blockland can run in 16-bit, 32-bit, and 64-bit.

I think I know what, My comp was once blocking bl from loading.
Try these.
* Look at your Windows Firewall and see if blockland is allowed.
* If it is allowed and still does not work, try poking around with the firewall,
Somethings bound to happen.

It really matters becuase my Normal vista blocked BL from the installment to the
