Unable to host a server.

I've forwarded my ports correctly, and everything matches up the way it should, but people are still unable to connect to my server. I've tried rebooting my router numerous times, rebooting my computer, checking the firewall settings, and everything is as it should be but nobody can connect.

You didn't port foward properly then.

Nevermind. I figured out the problem, it's with the recently installed cable internet we have. I just had to open it up in the control panel for the second router.
