Does a new computer need to be port fowarded...

I have my ports fowarded, but this new computer says that the shiz is dead. I've allowed it through my firewall..

No, I have the same router.
The only thing that's changed is the computer.

I needed to change the host names in my port foward placey.
I've fixed it.
