There is so much irony in that quote.

It just happens that they celebrate it in December, tho the actual birthday is much later.

What if Inv3rted never posted in this thread? I think it might of been less of a war.

It isn't a war quite yet.  More an argument.  But Inv3rted is a jackass nonetheless.

You idiots Jesus was born on Christmas and he died on the third day of the three days idiots -.-.

Who's "people"?
Some average joe shmoe used his iPhone on a rock and concluded it was around March?

Yeah, no. I'll go back to believing things now.
"This is still a matter of speculation, even among biblical scholars. Although, almost all scholars agree that King Herod I died in 4 BC, therefore, Jesus would have to have been born in 7-4 BC. On Dec. 25, 2007, CBS 48 Hours aired its revised The Mystery of Christmas special (first aired in Dec. '05). It stated that April 17, 6 BC (17/4/747 Roman Calendar [AUC]) was the actual date that Jesus was born. This date had already been reported by CNN and History Channel for the last 4 years. 7 years ago (2001), the BBC and Discovery Channel reported that April 17, 6 BC was Jesus' actual Birthday. If this is correct, Jesus' horoscope sign would be Aries the Ram, rams are male sheep, baby sheep are lambs, and Jesus is considered the "Lamb of God". A messiah born under the sign of Aries would therefore satisfy and foreshadow much symbolism! There is documentation (Dead Sea Scrolls) that the Jews at the time of Jesus practiced astrology - learned during their captivity in Babylon.

The Roman calendar that is in use worldwide today was also in use at the time of Y'shua ben Yosef's (Jesus son of Joseph's) birth. The Romans would have written the date as 17/4/747 AUC (ab urbe condita [since the founding of Roma]). Is there a special significance to that numerical alignment? Yes...

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with the god, and the Word was God." - John 1:1

This great 'mystery' is most important! The Hebrew and Greek Bible (and Arabic Qur'an) was written using gematria: the practice of assigning a number to a letter, word, or phrase and that number having symbolic meaning and 'connect'. Hebrew, Greek, and Arabic are alphanumeric languages. Since the advent and spread of our current worldwide numerical system, man doesn't make the connection of letters as numbers like we used to. English didn't require the overt connection to mathematics, but the numbers are in the letters nonetheless: a=1,b=2...z=26. The strongest example of Simple(74) English(74) Gematria(74) is GOD=7_4. G is the 7th letter, a circle that is either the 15th letter or zerO, and D the 4th letter. 7/4=July 4 and 17/4/747 AUC is Jesus' Birthday, 4/17/6 BC and July 4, 1776. Coincidence or proof of a 'Grand Architect of this Universe' and a Masonic code?

Note: GOD=7_4, connect74, Jesus74/Y'shua74/Joshua74/Iesvs74, religion74, Jewish74, Messiah74, donkey74/burro74, Cross74, Gospel74, preacher74, parable74, a number74, Masonic74, London74, Roma47, time47, John47, etc. "

There is much controversy over when it was. Some believe March and some believe September. I have more links if you want.

I don't see how you people think that a statement of fact is a religion war. Gen. Nick is just unwilling to acknowledge the truth that most Christian theologians accept.

hmm, watching fox news again i see?

I'm really starting to wonder how exactly inv3rted manages to stuff on so many topics so badly. Anyway despite all this arguing, happy birthday to the OP.

Also lol, the OP's birthday post was his 1337th post on these forums.

stuff you said it TWO TIMES OH MY GOD

The Flinstones had a Christmas special where they save Christmas. How did they manage that if the Flinstones lived in the BC times?

The Flintstones also lived with loving dinosaurs. Are you really questioning their historical accuracy?

Yes. Like if they break their legs, do they go to a hospital or a mechanic?

Sucks all you guys get jipped out of presents because of Christmas and Birthday, my birthday is June 20th pretty much the farthest thing from Christmas so I don't get scammed.
