He says they would be in "downed" mode. Even though he said they're more or less dead, he means they're incapactitated and can be helped up. |

If a teammate comes by, they can "revive" you and are able to play again. An example of what I mean is here at 2:52. But instead of an instant revival, there would be a load bar on how fast you can revive. |
