I cant figure out what is wrong with my TDM!!!

That won't help

Zombie mod and TDM seem to do sutff to each other.
If you want TDM, delete zombies from addon folder
If you want zombies, delete TDM

Just enable Zombie friendly fire and delete any other mods that mess with player spawning and you'll be fine.
