You can't find the Mech, they were fail-binned ( I think).
I think they're from RtB2. so someone has to port it or something.

That sites got all the add-ons from RTB2. There in Alphibetical Order. You should be able to find the Mech.
If you have trouble scrolling, press Ctrl + F to get Find up. Then type Mech.
