HYPERCAM!
Haha. No loving way.

WM Capture.

It works the way Hypercam does, only it looks better, performs better, and uses less file space.. It's great for recording any audio as well. All the music on my Youtube channel was recorded with it. Its only downside is that you can't seem to hide the cursor. I use it for anything I can't use Fraps on.  The free trial closes itself after 2 minutes of recording. I think the full version is worth it.

The main problem I'm having is whenever I record Blockland with the freeware version of Fraps and I use WMM to add some titles, music, etc., if I don't publish it as an .avi the Blockland part becomes all warped and the colors go all weird and stuff. I don't know if this is a WMM problem or a Fraps problem (or some other problem), so I don't want to buy Fraps if there's a chance it's not very Blockland friendly.

Maybe WMM sucks at either using Fraps' lossless codec or at exporting the final video with a decent codec.

Also, powerful computers might just let you use Audacity along with another video recording software to capture both video and audio.

I was thinking about that, but for whatever reason Audacity crashes sometimes after I stop recording audio. I still need a program that at least records video then; Fraps is looking bad, Taksi crashed Blockland, WM Capture Demo only records for 2 minutes (though I'll still try it so I can see if I want to buy it), and Cam Studio makes ugly video.

EDIT: I tried WM Capture and it's great, though the bottom of the screen gets shaky. Is there a way to fix that?

What do you mean 'shaky'?
Like, how is only the bottom shaking?

It seems to only happen on the preview screen, never mind :V

Is there a way to remove the cursor from the screen? When I record Blockland it has the cursor on top of the crosshair.

I know what that means now C:

Maybe I'll make my computer cursor a dot or crosshair.

It could work.
I'd go for dot were I you though.

I think I'll go with WM Capture then.

fraps works brilliantly with a slow laptop, and horribly with a fast computer.
