Seriously messed up textures

Hello I recently got a new computer and brought all my files over to this one so it would be normal.
But then whenever I see bricks, it goes wrong. Parts of the bricks dissapear and textures make huge bugs shooting to the sky. I would occasionaly get this on my old comp but this is EVERY brick.
I cannot place pictures for the time being, but if anyone knows any way to get rid of these please submit.

Make sure you use good graphic card/software, I recommend Nvidia.

Before just jumping to some conclusion that is about a mile off and suggesting to go buy something unnecessary, you can at least TRY to figure out why the problem is happening.
Update your graphics drivers.
Operating system?
Graphics?
Other specifications?

Open console and type flushtexturecache();.

I am fairly shure that this is not graphics related because I can run games such as TF2 fairly well
