Question about decals

If I host a server and I have a custom decal on me, will other people see it? If another person with the same decal joins, will other people see it?

No, only people who downloaded it too.

I guess your right. I'm just not used to locking topics. =/ On the majority of the forums it a power only admins/moderators have.
